The following information forms the basis of participation in the Hilton HHonors® guest reward Program. These Terms and Conditions are intended to protect the Members of HHonors, and Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC (HHW). Your participation in this Program will be governed by these Terms and Conditions, and it is your responsibility to read and understand all of them.

General
- Hilton HHonors® Program membership and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Hilton Hotels. Hilton or Hilton Hotels is defined as Hilton Hotels Corporation, Hilton International CO, their subsidiaries and affiliates, the owners of the participating hotels and each of the foregoing entities' officers, directors, partners, employees and agents.
- The Hilton HHonors Program Terms and Conditions are governed by and are to be construed under the laws of the State of California, U.S.A. The Program Terms and Conditions set forth here in supersede all prior Program Terms and Conditions.
- Membership in and application for membership in the Hilton HHonors Program is void if prohibited by law in the country of the Member's or applicant's domicile.
- The Program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, decides to terminate the Program, at any time, with or without notice. Members will have six months from the date Program termination is announced to accumulate and redeem a desired Reward. This means that, regardless of the amount you participate in the Program, your right to accumulate points and claim Rewards can be terminated by Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, six months after Hilton HHonors Worldwide announces Program termination.
- Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the rules, procedures, conditions, benefits, Rewards or Reward levels pertaining to the Program at its sole discretion, with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of points or Reward Certificates or Confirmations already accumulated. This means that Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, may make changes that affect, but are not limited to, participating hotels, travel partner affiliations, rules for earning HHonors points, Reward redemption levels, rules and procedures for the use of Rewards, continued availability of awards, Reward types, and the features of special offers.
- Only individuals may enroll in HHonors and become HHonors Members (defined as individuals who have been accepted as Members by Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, and who have received HHonors Program Terms and Conditions). Corporations, associations or groups cannot enroll in HHonors; however, married couples, who became HHonors Mutual Fund members prior to April 1, 2004, may participate jointly through HHonors Mutual Fund.
- Program membership entitles Members the right to earn points, which can be redeemed for Rewards in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Program. Member benefits and rewards are offered in good faith, however may not be available if prohibited by law or regulation in Member's country of residence.
- HHonors Members cannot maintain membership in or earn points on multiple accounts.
- Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, reserves the right to discontinue HHonors membership for any Member who appears to be using the Program in a manner inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions or intent of the Program or any portion of the Program, including, but not limited to, Reward redemption or Certificate use. Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, also reserves the right to discontinue membership for any Member who acts in a manner inconsistent with local or federal laws, statutes or ordinances or if there are reasonable grounds for suspecting fraud, theft, or dishonesty in connection with the account. Discontinued membership may result in the loss of all accumulated points and the cancellation of HHonors Certificates, benefits and privileges. In addition to discontinuance of HHonors membership, Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, shall have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including criminal prosecution, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion.
- The sale or barter of any HHonors points, Certificates, Rewards Confirmations or other HHonors benefits other than by Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, is prohibited. Any points, Certificates or benefits which Hilton deems to have been transferred, sold or assigned in violation of Program Terms and Conditions may be confiscated or canceled.
- All interpretations of Program Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC.
- Members who do not earn points in any 6 consecutive month period may be removed from the mailing list of active Members. A Member may reactivate his or her account by accumulating points or by other such means that Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, may establish.
- Members who do not earn points in any 12 month consecutive month period may be removed from the Program and, if so, are subject to forfeiture of all accumulated points. The account may be reactivated by the member taking one of the following actions:
- stay at an HHonors hotel, thus reactivating membership
- earn HHonors points through any third party source of HHonors point accumulation
- purchase HHonors points
- Each Member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to the Program Terms and Conditions and as to the number of points in his or her account. HHonors will attempt to send correspondence to active Members to advise them of matters of interest, including notification of Program changes. However, neither Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, nor companies participating as Partners in the Program will be liable for any failure to do so and will not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, for problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized by the Member, for any human error, for any interruption, deletion, omission, defect, or line failure of any telephone network or electronic transmission, for problems relating to computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, for any other technical or non-technical error or malfunction, for lost, late, stolen, illegible, incomplete, garbled, misdirected, mutilated or postage due mail or other mail for whatever reason.
- Each Member is responsible for advising Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, of any address changes.
- Accrued points and Certificates do not constitute property of the Members. Except as specifically provided herein, neither accrued points nor Certificates are transferable in the event of death, as part of a domestic relations matter or otherwise by operation of law. However, points and Certificates accrued by Mutual Fund and Hilton Senior HHonors® Members may be used by either spouse listed on the account.
- Specific Program benefits and services have been established for all HHonors Members; however, benefits and services offered by participating hotels may vary. If Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, or any Partner improperly denies a Member an accrual or benefit, the liability of Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, or the Partner will be limited to the equivalent value of that accrual or benefit as determined solely by Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC.
- Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, is not responsible, and assumes no liability, for changes or discontinuances of Partner service which may affect Program Rewards offered, the accrual of points or devaluation of Certificates.
- The Program and any benefit, offering or the like relating to the Program, shall not be construed as or constitute a contract or otherwise establish a contractual relationship between Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, and any HHonors Member.
- Nothing in the HHonors Program Terms and Conditions is intended or shall be construed to create or establish any agency, partnership or joint venture relationship between Hilton and the Partners.
- Hotel brands participating in Hilton HHonors: Hilton®, Conrad®, Doubletree®, Embassy Suites Hotels®, Hampton Inn®, Hampton Inn & Suites®, Hilton Garden Inn®, Hilton Grand Vacations®, Homewood Suites by Hilton®, and The Waldorf= AstoriaCollection™* hotels.
- Earning of HHonors points and redemption of Program Rewards are subject to all applicable laws and regulations. HHonors benefits and Rewards may be subject to income or other taxes. Such taxes and all disclosures related thereto are the sole responsibility of the Member or Reward recipient.
- If you have indicated on your enrollment form that you do not want to be contacted by third parties, we will endeavor to comply with your request but cannot guarantee that it will be possible to do so.
Accrual of Points
- HHonors points can be earned only at participating HHonors hotels. Participating hotels are subject to change at any time, without notice. Please visit www.hiltonhhonors.com, call 1-800-HHONORS or your local Hilton Reservations and Customer Care office for a list of participating hotels. Additions and deletions to the list of participating hotels will be announced from time to time. If a hotel ceases to be a Participating Hotel, all stays subsequent to such date will not be eligible to earn HHonors points regardless of when the reservation was made.
- To earn HHonors points for hotel stays, a Member must be a registered, paying guest at a participating HHonors hotel and meet all of the conditions described as follows. HHonors Members may also earn HHonors points for eligible charges to the Hilton HHonors® Platinum Credit Card from American Express®, Citi Hilton HHonors® Visa® Signature Card from Citibank (South Dakota, N.A.) or Hilton HHonors Visa Signature Card from Sumitomo Mitsui Card Co. Ltd., subject to terms outlined in their Cardmember Agreement issued by American Express® and Citibank (South Dakota, N.A.). See the Citi Hilton HHonors Visa Signature Card Terms and Conditions listed below for additional details. Points may also be earned for other activities as designated by Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, from time to time.
- A 'Stay' is defined as the total number of consecutive nights spent at the same participating hotel, whether or not a guest checks out and checks back in again.
- You may earn Base point credit for up to two rooms per stay, if all eligible charges for both rooms are paid on one folio. Base point credit will be earned for all eligible folio charges incurred on both rooms. Bonuses issued on Base points or total folio charges, including tier bonuses (15%, 25% or 50%, depending on member tier) and double or triple Base point promotions, will apply to the total Base point credit earned or folio charges incurred for both rooms. "Double Base points" means you will receive a bonus equal to the number of Base points earned during a stay and "Triple Base points" means you will receive a bonus equal to two times the number of Base points earned during a stay. For any other bonuses, including HHonors partner bonus points and other promotional bonuses, bonus points will be awarded on one room only. You will receive only one stay credit (including credit toward HHonors VIP tiers), and only one mileage credit will be earned. Bonus points earned on Base points do not count toward VIP tier qualification (Example - "Double Base points" or "Triple Base points" promotions).
- Base points are defined as 10 points per dollar earned exclusive of any promotional or other type of bonus. Members will earn 10 HHonors Base points for every eligible U.S. dollar (or other currency equivalent) charged to an individual Member's hotel bill ('folio'), as defined in item 6, below, for qualifying stays at participating HHonors hotels.
- Qualifying stays are those at all rates except otherwise specified in item 11, below. 'Eligible folio charges' for Hilton, Conrad, Doubletree, Embassy Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Hilton Grand Vacations, and The Waldorf=Astoria Collection™* hotels shall mean: room rate, food and beverage, telephone, laundry, pay-per-view movies, entertainment and recreational facilities, and other incidentals charged to the Member's room. 'Eligible folio charges' for Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites and Homewood Suites by Hilton hotels mean room rate only. Dining room or other charges not billed to a Member's room during a stay will not be eligible for credit. Hilton, Conrad, Doubletree, Embassy Suites, Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Hilton Grand Vacations Club, Homewood Suites by Hilton, and The Waldorf=Astoria Collection™* hotels as well as other selected participating hotels - may omit for purposes of point accrual, incidental charges or charges to the Member's room for non-affiliated hotel entities which are not owned and/or operated by the hotel including, but not limited to, food and beverage outlets, gift shop, drugstore, clothes, gallery or specialty stores, recreational or entertainment concessions.
- Charges in connection with banquets or other catering functions are not eligible for point accrual, with the exception of points earned from qualifying meetings or events through the Hilton HHonors Event Planner and the Meeting Planner Bonus Programs.
- Any applicable federal, state or local taxes, including city occupancy tax, will be omitted for purposes of point accrual for hotel stays.
- HHonors Members cannot accrue more than 100,000 Base points during one stay, except for Homewood Suites by Hilton® hotels for check-in dates on or after January 1, 2006.
- Points awarded for stays at participating hotels outside the U.S. will be based on local currency converted to U.S. dollars. Local currency will be converted into U.S. dollars weekly, using a published rate of exchange in effect at time of conversion. This rate will be determined at Hilton's sole discretion, based on standard currency conversion methods but may vary from currency conversion rates used by credit card companies.
- No point or stay credit, airline frequent flyer mileage credit or credit toward tier status will be awarded for wholesale/tour operator packages, contracted airline crew rates, travel industry rates (including but not limited to travel agent discount rates), complimentary or barter rooms, stays on NET Group, Series Group or IT Group rates, contracted Entertainment or Encore rates and stays using airline percent-off award certificates. Stays that are booked via third party websites other than the websites of Hilton HHonors airline partners are not Eligible Stays irrespective of rate paid, for the purpose of earning points, miles or stay credit toward VIP tier status. Stays booked via "opaque" channels where the brand is unknown at the time of purchase are not Eligible Stays for the purpose of earning points, miles or stay credit toward VIP tier status, or the receipt of VIP tier benefits such as upgraded accommodations / amenities or access to health clubs. No point or stay credit, airline frequent flyer mileage credit or credit toward tier status will be awarded for "no show" situations when a member has made a reservation guaranteed with a credit card but then does not check in to the hotel--irrespective of whether or not the member's credit card is charged for any portion of the reserved stay per the hotel's "no show" policy.
- A Member whose individual hotel bill is billed directly to a company and the Member is responsible for authorization for settlement at check-out is eligible for HHonors points as described above in item number 4 under "Accrual of Points". However, group master-billing arrangements where charges for multiple rooms are placed on one hotel bill and billed to a company or common address or settled at check-out by one individual are not eligible. Incidental charges (those charged to a Member's room) paid for directly by the Member at check-out are eligible for point credit. Incidental charges billed to a master bill are not eligible for point credit.
- Monthly activity statements are available via email following months in which activity has been posted to the account. Or Members can access account information online.
- Points and airline frequent-flyer mileage credit may not be earned when redeeming an HHonors Reward, frequent-flyer award, awards of travel Partners or other promotional offerings using discount or free certificates, unless otherwise stated on the Certificate. When redeeming an HHonors reward, the member may earn points for incidental charges for the stay at Hilton®, Conrad®, Doubletree®, Embassy Suites®, Hilton Garden Inn®, and Hilton Grand Vacation Clubs®. Effective June 1, 2006, members will earn 10 HHonors Base points for every eligible dollar spent at the following Waldorf= Astoria Collection™ hotels: Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa and La Quinta Resort & Club. Effective September 1, 2006, members will earn 10 HHonors Base points for every eligible dollar spent at the Grand Wailea Resort Hotel & Spa. Note: members can currently earn 10 HHonors base points for every eligible dollar spent at the Waldorf= Astoria® Hotel. Reward stays at all HHonors hotels will count towards VIP tier qualification. However, night credits may not be earned. Members will not earn airline frequent-flyer mileage credit for HHonors hotel reward stays.
- HHonors points earned by any individual Member are not combinable with or transferable to other HHonors Members or to reward programs administered by past, present or future travel Partners of Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, except for points transferred through the HHonors Reward Exchange.
- Any points offered in conjunction with specific hotel stays will be considered earned when the stay has been fully paid. Points will not be available for redemption before the stay has been paid and the points have been reported to the Member.
- If a Member believes he or she has not received point credit(s) for hotel stays, frequent-flyer mileage or car rental bonuses, he or she must submit a written request for such credit(s) to the nearest Hilton Reservations and Customer Care office, together with a legible copy of the Member's hotel folio and/or car rental agreement, as appropriate. Failure to supply the adequate and unaltered documentation may result in denial of such point credit. For the Member's protection, all hotel travel documentation should be retained by the Member until the point credit has appeared on his or her HHonors statement. Requests must be received at Hilton Reservations and Customer Care within six months from the date of activity. For new Members, credit will be accepted for any qualifying HHonors stay occurring within 30 days prior to enrollment in the Program. Written requests must also include the Member's name, HHonors account number, address and daytime telephone number.
- Members may choose how they want to earn HHonors points and airline mileage credit by selecting a Double Dip Earnings Style from three options: HHonors Points and Variable Miles, HHonors Points and Fixed Miles, and HHonors Points and HHonors Points. For more information on Earnings Style Options, please see the Double Dip Earnings Style terms and conditions.
- "Double Base points" means you will receive a bonus equal to the number of Base points earned during a stay and "Triple Base points" means you will receive a bonus equal to two times the number of Base points earned during a stay. Bonus points earned on Base points do not count toward VIP tier qualification.
- Except as provided below, employees of Hilton, its affiliates or subsidiaries and the employees or owners of participating hotels (collectively, 'employees') are not eligible to participate in the Hilton HHonors and Hilton Senior HHonors Programs. Exceptions to this policy are as follows:
- Employees who purchase a Hilton Grand Vacations week may have a Hilton HHonors account, into which HHonors points accrued through the transfer of a Hilton Grand Vacations week through the Hilton Grand Vacations Club®,in accordance with Hilton Grand Vacations Company rules, may be deposited.
- Employees who have been issued a valid Hilton HHonors® Platinum Credit Card from American Express®, Citi Hilton HHonors® Visa® Signature Card from Citibank (South Dakota, N.A.), Hilton HHonors Card by American Express (Finland residents only), Hilton HHonors Credit Card from the Bayerische Landesbank (Germany residents only), Hilton HHonors® VISA Card from Sumitomo Mitsui Card Co. Ltd. (Japan residents only), or a Hilton HHonors Card by American Express (Sweden residents only) may have a Hilton HHonors account and may earn HHonors points for purchases made on the Hilton Credit Cards in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Hilton Credit Cardholder Agreement between the Cardholder and the respective bank.
- Other than as permitted above, no other sources of HHonors point accrual by employees will be permitted.
- Employees who are HHonors Members must comply fully with the Terms and Conditions of Hilton HHonors. Employees who violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination and/or prosecution.
HHonors Partner Bonus Points
- HHonors bonus points are awarded for car rentals with HHonors car partners which occur during the period of a particular hotel stay. Means of awarding bonus points vary by partner, as follows:
- Alamo - For rentals during stays at any HHonors hotels, Members earn 250 HHonors bonus points. Members must present a valid car rental agreement or keys at hotel check-in.
- Avis - For rentals during stays at any HHonors hotel, Members earn 250 HHonors bonus points for rentals. Members must present a valid HHonors membership card at a participating Avis rental counter to earn points.
- Europcar - Members earn 250 HHonors bonus points.
- National Car Rental® - For rentals during stays at any HHonors hotels, Members earn 250 HHonors bonus points. Members must present a valid car rental agreement or keys at hotel check-in.
- Sixt - For rentals during stays at any HHonors hotel, Members earn 500 HHonors bonus points. Members must present a valid HHonors membership card at a participating Sixt rental counter to earn points.
- Thrifty - For rentals during stays at any HHonors hotel, Members earn 250 HHonors bonus points. Members must present a valid car rental agreement or keys at hotel check-in.
Double Dip Earnings Style Options
- Hilton HHonors Members may select an Earnings Style from three options:
- HHonors Points and Variable Miles: 10 HHonors Base points plus one airline mile per eligible U.S. dollar spent
- HHonors Points and Fixed Miles: 10 HHonors Base points per eligible U.S. dollar spent plus 500 airline miles per stay (100 miles per stay at Hampton Inn®, Hampton Inn & Suites®, and Homewood Suites by Hilton® hotels)
- HHonors Points and HHonors Points: 10 HHonors Base points plus an additional 5 HHonors bonus points per eligible U.S. dollar spent
- The HHonors Points and Variable Miles Earnings Style option is available with participating airline partners only: AeroMexico, Air Canada, Air France/KLM (Flying Blue), Air Miles, Air New Zealand, Alaska Airlines, America West Airlines®, American Airlines, Amtrak, Asiana Airlines, British Airways, Cathay Pacific Airways, China Eastern Airlines, Continental Airlines®, CSA Czech Airlines, Delta Air Lines®, El Al Israel, Emirates, Etihad Airways, GlobalPass®, Gulf Air, Hawaiian Airlines®, Jet Airways, LAN, Malaysia Airlines®, Mexicana Airlines®, Midwest Airlines, Northwest Airlines®, Qatar Airways, Saudi Arabian Airlines, Singapore Airlines, South African Airways, Thai Airways International, United®, US Airways®, VARIG, and Virgin Atlantic Airways.
- The HHonors Points and Fixed Miles Earnings Style option allows Members to earn 500 miles (or equivalent) for stays at Hilton, Conrad, Doubletree, Embassy Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Hilton Grand Vacations Club and The Waldorf= Astoria Collection™ hotels, and 100 miles (or equivalent) for stays at Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, Homewood Suites by Hilton hotels.
- Members can change their Earnings Style at any time.
- The Earnings Style Option in place for a Member as of 23:59:59 U.S. Central Standard Time on the day of check-out for a given stay will be the Option that governs earnings for that stay. No changes can be made retroactively for past stays.
- HHonors Members may earn frequent flyer mileage credit and HHonors points for qualifying stays as defined in items 6 and 11 under Accrual of Points.
Hilton HHonors Platinum Credit Card from American Express
- Usage of the Hilton HHonors Platinum Credit Card from American Express is subject to the Terms and Conditions set forth in the Hilton HHonors American Express Cardmember Agreement.
- Cardmembers earn 3 HHonors bonus points for every eligible U.S. dollar (or U.S. dollar equivalent) charged to the Card anywhere American Express Cards are accepted. U.S. Cardmembers earn an additional 2 HHonors bonus points for a total of 5 HHonors bonus points for every eligible U.S. dollar (or U.S. dollar equivalent) charged at (i) Hilton Family hotels and (ii) that are Everyday Purchases (as defined below). "Everyday Purchases" are Eligible Purchases in the U.S. at supermarkets, gas stations, and drug stores that are not departments of superstores or warehouse clubs, and at U.S. restaurants the U.S. Postal Service, and for wireless phone services (purchases less returns). Eligible Purchases do not include Finance Charges, fees, Cash Advances (including the use of checks, line activators, automated teller machines or other means of accessing your Card Account), Balance transfers, or adjustments to your Card Account.
- Hilton HHonors Silver membership, with benefits as described under Hilton HHonors Membership Tiers, will be provided to all Cardmembers for the duration of Cardmembership. HHonors members who are HHonors VIPs upon Card enrollment will receive all HHonors VIP privileges relative to their existing VIP membership.
- If in any calendar year of Cardmembership your Eligible Purchases total $20,000 or more, you will be upgraded to HHonors Gold VIP status for at minimum of one year period beginning no later than April of the following calendar year.
- Cardmembers will receive 500 HHonors bonus points for each Qualifying Stay (as defined in the Hilton HHonors Terms and Conditions) at a participating Hilton Family hotel when the stay is booked online at any Hilton Family hotel website and paid for with your valid Hilton HHonors Platinum Credit Card from American Express.
- To redeem HHonors points for reward stays under reward code AXON, you must be an active Hilton HHonors Platinum Credit Cardmember. Reservations must be booked by calling 1-800-920-5649. All standard HHonors Reward Redemption and Hotel Rewards Terms and Conditions apply.
- First purchase bonus of 10,000 HHonors bonus points is for new Cardmembers only. First purchase must occur within the first year of Cardmembership to receive the bonus.
- First four stay bonuses of 2,500 HHonors bonus points are awarded only for qualifying stays at participating Hilton Family hotels, and the stays must be paid for with your Hilton HHonors Platinum Credit Card.
- The Hilton HHonors Platinum Credit Card is not available to residents of Puerto Rico.
- American Express does not currently market the Hilton HHonors Platinum Credit Card outside of the United States. Individuals who do not reside in the United States cannot currently become a Hilton HHonors Platinum Credit Cardmember.
- Your Card Account must be active (i.e., not cancelled) for any given billing period to earn HHonors bonus points using the Card. HHonors bonus points will be credited to your HHonors account after the billing period in which the Eligible Purchase is made. Allow four weeks for HHonors points earned with the Hilton HHonors Platinum Credit Card to appear in your HHonors account. American Express reserves the right not to award any HHonors bonus points for transactions American Express determines are not Charges made with the good faith intention of consuming the item charged.
Citi Hilton HHonors Visa Signature Card (South Dakota, N.A.)
- Usage of the Citi Hilton HHonors Visa Signature Card (South Dakota, N.A.) is subject to the Terms and Conditions set forth in the Card Agreement you will receive with your card, if approved.
- Cardmembers earn 2 HHonors bonus points for every U.S. dollar (or U.S. dollar equivalent) spent on net purchases (less purchase returns) with the card. Cardmembers earn 3 HHonors bonus points for every U.S. dollar (or U.S. dollar equivalent) charged at Hilton Family hotels. Points will appear within 4-6 weeks of the qualifying purchase, earning of Points & Miles®, and redemption of points are subject to HHonors Terms and Conditions at www.hiltonhhonors.com.
- Hilton HHonors Silver VIP membership, with benefits as described under Hilton HHonors Membership Tiers, will be provided to all Cardmembers for the first year of Cardmembership. HHonors Members who are HHonors VIPs upon Card enrollment will receive all HHonors VIP privileges relative to their existing VIP membership. Hilton HHonors VISA Card from Sumitomo Mitsui Card Co. Ltd.
- Usage of the Hilton HHonors VISA card from Sumitomo Mitsui Card Co., Ltd. is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Hilton HHonors VISA Card Cardmembers Agreement.
- Cardmembers earn 10 HHonors bonus points for every eligible 1,000 Japanese yen charged to the Card anywhere VISA cards are accepted. Classic Card members earn a 1,000 HHonors point enrollment bonus and Gold Card members earn a 2,000 HHonors point enrollment bonus upon signing up for and being approved for the card. Gold Card members earn 1,000 HHonors bonus points upon renewal of the Card.
- Classic Card members earn 1,000 HHonors bonus points and Gold Card members earn 2,000 HHonors points per stay when they charge their stay at selected participating Hilton HHonors Hotels to the Hilton HHonors VISA Card from Sumitomo.
- Hilton HHonors Silver VIP membership, with benefits as described under Hilton HHonors Membership Tier, will be provided to all Classic Cardmembers as long as they hold the card. Airline Program Mileage
- HHonors Members may receive frequent flyer mileage credit for qualifying stays as defined in items 6 and 11 under Accrual of Points. Miles may be earned without taking a flight. You can earn 500 miles (or equivalent) per stay at Hilton, Conrad, Doubletree, Embassy Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Hilton Grand Vacations Club and The Waldorf=Astoria CollectionTM hotels, and 100 miles (or equivalent) per stay with select partners at Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, and Homewood Suites by Hilton hotels. Members will not earn airline frequent flyer mileage credit for HHonors hotel reward stays.
- Members may choose how they want to earn HHonors points and airline mileage credit by selecting a Double Dip Earnings Style from three options: HHonors Points and Variable Miles, HHonors Points and Fixed Miles, and HHonors Points and HHonors Points. A number of services and benefits ('Amenities') are available to Members of HHonors. These Amenities are offered solely at the discretion of Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, and the individual participating hotel. Not all services are provided by all participating hotels. - Pre-Registration and Expedited Check-In: Available to all Members for whom HHonors has room preference information and a valid credit card number* on file. * Hilton hotels may reserve credit against a guest's credit card for costs of services in addition to applicable room rates. Hilton has notified all credit card services that any such credit reserved by certain Hilton hotels in New York and not used for services rendered should be released upon the guest's departure. By using Zip-In Check-In® or Expedited Check-In, you consent to the reservation of such credit by the hotel as part of the agreed-upon cost of service. As part of the HHonors Zip-In Check-In or Expedited Check-In program, member consents that HHonors may act as members agent for the limited purpose of signing the Hotels guest register.

HHonors Mutual Fund
- Effective April 1, 2004, new HHonors Mutual Fund accounts are no longer available. HHonors members who have a Mutual Fund account as of March 31, 2004 will continue to receive Mutual Fund benefits.
- HHonors Mutual Fund benefits are designed to allow legally married couples to combine their point earnings toward Rewards, and/or to combine their stay/point earnings toward special promotion qualifications or VIP qualification. The HHonors Mutual Fund is not designed to award duplicate bonuses and/or Rewards.
- HHonors Mutual Fund accounts are available only to couples legally married under the laws of the state or province or country in which the couple resides.
- For all HHonors Mutual Fund accounts combined between January 1, 1990 and March 31, 2004, only one HHonors enrollment, activation or charter Member bonus will be permitted in the joint account.
- Each spouse participating in an HHonors Mutual Fund will be issued the same HHonors account number. At the time an HHonors Mutual Fund is established, the name and address of one spouse will be designated as the recipient of all HHonors mailings.
- Only one statement will be issued per HHonors Mutual Fund account. The individual travel accumulated by either spouse will appear on a combined HHonors Mutual Fund statement. When a Reward is requested, the points will be deducted from the combined balance. Individual balances will not be maintained or available to HHonors Mutual Fund participants.
- Either spouse acting alone may use any and all accumulated points to request any Reward(s) for which the HHonors Mutual Fund has sufficient points. Hilton HHonors is not responsible for, and bears no liability for, disagreements or disputes between Members concerning the use of points accumulated in the HHonors Mutual Fund account.
- In case of the death of a Member, points in the HHonors Mutual Fund will go to the surviving spouse. In the event of dissolution of marriage, 50% of points in the HHonors Mutual Fund will go to each Member. Both spouses must sign to request dissolution of account. Hilton HHonors may require official documentation evidencing death or dissolution of marriage. Hilton HHonors is not responsible for, and bears no liability for, disagreements or disputes between Members concerning the dissolution of HHonors Mutual Fund accounts. Except as specifically provided herein, neither accrued points nor Certificates are transferable in the event of death, as part of a domestic relations matter or otherwise by operation of law.
- All HHonors Program Terms and Conditions apply to HHonors Mutual Fund accounts and participants. All interpretations of Program Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Hilton HHonors.
Hilton HHonors Membership Tiers
Earning Tier Status
- Members can earn or maintain VIP status based on qualifying stays, nights, or Base points in any rolling 12-month consecutive period.
- Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, reserves the right to add, modify or delete tier-level benefits and/or qualifications at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
- Documentation (as defined in item #17 of Accrual of Points) must be furnished within 90 days of stay in order to count toward tier-level qualification.
Silver VIP Membership
- Hilton HHonors Silver VIP membership will be awarded to Members with a minimum of four qualifying stays or 10 qualifying nights during any rolling consecutive 12-month period.
- Silver VIP Members will receive:
- A 15% bonus on Base points earned during the period they are Silver VIP Members. Bonuses will be applied to stays in the order they are posted to the Member's account.
- Complimentary access to health club or fitness center where available and where the health club or fitness center is owned or operated by the hotel.
- At the Waldorf=Astoria® Hotel, Silver VIP members will receive two bottles of water per stay, a USA Today® newspaper or local paper delivered to room each weekday, and complimentary use of hotel owned-and-operated health club facilities.
Gold VIP Membership
- Hilton HHonors Gold VIP membership will be awarded to Members with a minimum of 16 qualifying stays or 36 qualifying nights during any consecutive 12 month period. Base points earned will count toward Gold VIP tier qualification. Members who earn 60,000 Base points in any rolling consecutive 12-month period will be awarded Gold VIP membership. Bonus points earned on Base points do not count toward VIP tier qualification.
- Gold VIP Members will receive:
- A 25% bonus on Base points earned during the period they are Gold VIP Members. Bonuses will be applied to stays in the order they are posted to the Member's account.
- Upgraded accommodations or amenities at HHonors hotels. The type of upgraded accommodation or amenities varies by type of hotel, as follows:
- At Hilton hotels in North America, Gold VIP members may choose one of the following: 1,000 HHonors bonus points OR Upgrade to Executive Floor (if available) OR Executive Floor Lounge access (if hotel has a Lounge) OR complimentary continental breakfast for the member and one guest each day the stay (If the rate already includes breakfast, a special food or beverage amenity will be presented) OR High Speed Internet Access (available in the US and select locations in Mexico and Canada).
- At Conrad hotels with Towers or Executive Levels, Gold VIPs will receive an upgrade to the Towers or Executive Level floor, whenever possible. In cases when Towers or Executive Level accommodations have been fully booked, Gold VIP members will be offered either (1) the use of the Towers or Executive Level lounge, including complimentary continental breakfast each morning for the member and one additional person or (2) personalized certificates for each day of the stay for the member and one additional person valid for complimentary continental breakfast in the hotel coffee shop or all-purpose restaurant. At hotels without a Towers or Executive Level, Gold VIP members will be offered complimentary continental breakfast each morning for the member and one additional person. And when in hotels or when paying a rate where a complimentary breakfast is a benefit for all guests, Gold VIPs will be offered a special amenity as an expression of our appreciation.
- At Hilton Family hotels outside the U.S. and Canada that have upgraded accommodations, Gold VIPs will receive and upgrade to Executive Level or to the next best available room type (does not include suites). Diamond VIP Membership
- Hilton HHonors Diamond VIP membership will be awarded to Members with a minimum of 28 qualifying stays or 60 qualifying nights during any consecutive 12 month period. Base points earned will count toward Diamond VIP tier qualification. Members who earn 100,000 Base points in any rolling consecutive 12-month period will be awarded Diamond VIP membership. Bonus points earned on Base points do not count toward VIP tier qualification.
- Diamond VIP Members will receive:
- A 50% bonus on Base points earned during the period they are Diamond VIP Members.
- Guaranteed reservations availability at all HHonors hotels when reservations are made before midnight hotel local time, two or more days (48 hours) prior to intended arrival. Guarantee applies to only one room occupied by the Diamond VIP member and to reservations made with a valid credit card. Please note that this guarantee does not apply to rates - if a rate for which you are normally eligible is not available, your reservation will be subject to the hotel's prevailing rate for the accommodations requested. Please also note that in some instances, the guarantee may be subject to booking conditions such as length of stay requirements. In the event the Member does not arrive as scheduled, or does not call to cancel and obtain a cancellation number, the credit card will be billed for one night's room and tax. Reservations Guarantee applies to reservations made through Hilton Reservations and Customer Care or with the hotel directly, and does not apply during publicly recognized events which result in extraordinary room demand as determined solely by Hilton, such as during major sporting events, New Year's Eve, etc. The 48 hour reservations guarantee may periodically be restricted in Homewood Suites by Hilton hotels due to the extended stay nature of guest stays at the Homewood brand. Gaming Chip Rewards
- Failure to comply with redemption procedures, or with the following Terms and Conditions, may result in the cancellation of the redemption of the Reward Certificate for Gaming Chips.
- All HHonors Rewards Redemption Rules and General Rules and General Terms and Conditions as set forth here apply.
- Gaming Chip Reward Certificates are nontransferable and may be used only by the reward designee on the Certificate. If a person other than the individual named on the Certificate attempts to use it, the Certificate will be deemed void.
- Gaming Chip Reward Certificates my not be sold, auctioned, bartered, brokered or purchased. Any Reward Certificate obtained in this manner by any person or entity will be considered to be fraudulently obtained and will be deemed void if transferred for case of other consideration. Altered reward Certificates are void and will not be honored.
- The reward designee listed on the face of the Gaming Chip Reward Certificate does not need to be a registered hotel guest at the Hilton Gaming location at which the Reward Certificate is being redeemed for Gaming Chips.
- Gaming Chip Reward Certificates may only be redeemed for Gaming Chips at the participating U.S. Hilton Gaming locations specified on the face of the Certificate. At the Hilton Gaming location's discretion, a special casino cage or cashier's window may be designated for this purpose.
- Participating hotels may change at any time without notice at the U.S. Hilton Gaming location's sole discretion.
- Gaming Chip Reward Certificates will be verified authentic by the participating U.S. Hilton Gaming Location, and must be endorsed by the Certificate holder in the presence of a designated cashier to be valid. The person redeeming the Gaming Chip Reward Certificates must present a valid photo I.D. for verification of identity.
- Gaming Chip Rewards Certificates may only be redeemed by persons of legal gambling age.
- Gaming Chip Reward Certificates may not be combined with other Gaming certificates, coupons, discounts, packages or promotional offers.
- Gaming Chip Reward Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes or credit. Gaming Chip Reward Certificates, once issued, are not exchangeable.
- Gaming Chip Reward Certificates will not be replaced, reissued or credited if lost or stolen or otherwise destroyed. Hilton is not responsible for the performance of the U.S. or local Postal Service or other suppliers.
- Gaming Chip Reward Certificates are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- Gaming Chip Reward Certificates are subject to local gaming rules and regulations.
- Gaming Chip Reward Certificates must be surrendered at time of redemption.
- Gaming Chip Reward Certificates are redeemable for Gaming Chips from the date of issue through the "valid through" date indicated on the face of the Certificate.
- Gaming Chip Reward Certificates are valid for standard Gaming Chips issued by the participating U.S. Hilton Gaming Location.
- No HHonors point credit or HHonors reward substitutions will be given for any Gaming Chips that are not used following redemption of the Certificate.
- Gaming Chip Reward Certificates may only be exchanged for cash, or gambled. Chips may not be used to purchase merchandise, to pay for room and/or incidental charges, be used for tipping or service charges, or for other nongaming purposes.
Reward Redemption
- In order to qualify for a Reward, the Member must have sufficient points in his or her account to redeem the Reward from the current Reward chart or within 60 days from notice of a change in the Reward level, with the following exception. Members may purchase up to 40,000 HHonors bonus points per calendar year online. Points may be purchased in 1,000 point increments at a cost of US$12.50 per 1,000 points. See "Point Purchase" section for full Point Purchase Terms and Conditions. Points may be purchased by credit card via written request, phone or e-mail to Hilton Reservations and Customer Care. Members may request a reward online, or contact Hilton Reservations and Customer Care in writing, via telephone, via e-mail, or via fax to request a Reward. Reward requests placed by telephone or e-mail require the Member to provide a Personal Identification Number (PIN) in addition to his or her HHonors account number to the Service Center. When a Reward is requested, the corresponding number of points for that Reward level will be deducted from the Member's account. When redeeming points online for Standard, Point Stretcher or ValuePoint rewards or exchanging HHonors points for airline miles through Reward Exchange, points will be automatically deducted from the member's account upon completing the online redemption transaction.
- The reward may be issued to the Member, any person in the Member's family, or to any other person except as noted for US Airways Rewards. Once issued, rewards are not transferable and may be used only by the individual named on the reward. If a person other than the individual named on the reward documentation attempts to redeem the reward, the reward will be deemed void and accommodations and/or transportation will be denied.
- A Reward Confirmation redeemable for the Reward, requested by the Member, will be issued via the website when redeeming online or via Hilton Reservations and Customer Care.
- Rewards may not be sold, auctioned, bartered, brokered or purchased except with the express written consent of Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC. Any Rewards obtained in this manner by any person or entity will be considered to have been fraudulently obtained and will be deemed void if transferred for cash or other consideration. Altered Reward Confirmations are void and will not be honored.
- Rewards will not be replaced, reissued or credited if lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed. Rewards for travel which have already been ticketed cannot be redeposited. Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, is not responsible for performance of the U.S. Postal Service or other suppliers.
- All Rewards are subject to certain restrictions. See the Terms and Conditions below or online at Rewards which apply to each specific Reward.
- Partner Reward usage is subject to capacity controls, which limit the availability of rental cars, cruises, or the products offered by certain rental car companies or other HHonors Partners, respectively.
- It is solely the responsibility of the Member to be informed about the Program and to request the specific Rewards online or via the Hilton Reservations and Customer Care Rewards must be requested online via hiltonhhonors.com, in writing, by telephone, fax, or e-mail. Members should allow two to three weeks in the U.S. and three to five weeks outside the U.S. for delivery, if requesting a Reward Confirmation to be mailed. Members may print out a Reward Confirmation when redeeming online, or members may choose to receive the Reward via U.S. Postal Service. Reward Certificates will only be sent to the address on file at the time of Reward redemption or as otherwise directed in writing or by Member at time of redemption.
- Travel Rewards are normally valid for one year from date of issuance though Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, may, from time to time, offer Rewards with shorter validity periods. Travel Reward validity periods appear on the face of the Reward Certificate.
- Rewards may not be combined with other certificates, discounts, packages or promotional offers unless otherwise specified by Hilton.
- Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes or credit. Rewards are not exchangeable. Points which have been deducted from the Member's account, may be redeposited provided that ALL reward documentation (including hotel, air, car and cruise Certificates) associated with the Reward are returned unused. Rewards must be redeposited into the original account from which the points were deducted prior to the expiration date of the documentation.
- Promotional Rewards involving no point deduction will not be extended beyond the validity date, exchanged or re-deposited for points or future use into Member's account.
- Members may request, expedited delivery of Reward documentation (to U.S. residences) for a minimum service charge of US$25 payable in advance by credit card (not deliverable to a P.O. Box). The expedited delivery option is currently not available for online hotel reward redemption requests. The minimum service charge to expedite shipping of the Reward to HHonors Members living outside the continental U.S. or Puerto Rico is US$50. Please include a credit card number and expiration date along with your Reward Request Form when using expedited Reward service. Expedited HHonors Airline Reward requests processed by Hilton Reservations and Customer Care do not constitute a waiver of the ticketing requirements or restrictions set forth by HHonors airline Partners.
- Certificates are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- All Reward Certificates and Confirmations must be redeemed in strict accordance with the procedures specified on the Certificate or Confirmation.
- HHonors Partner Rewards may be substituted by Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, at any time without notice with an equivalent Reward. Determination of Reward equivalency is at the sole discretion of Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC.
- Hotel Reward Certificates apply to double occupancy room rate and tax only. Any tax liability incurred in connection with the receipt and/or use of HHonors Rewards, including, but not limited to, local or city occupancy taxes, international departure tax, customs fees, airport surcharges or individual income tax is the sole responsibility of the user. Incidental charges are the responsibility of the guest.
- Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, is not responsible for, and assumes no liability for, transportation or other services our Partners provide or fail to provide.
- Gaming Chip Reward Certificates may be redeemed only at participating gaming locations. Redemption locations may change at any time without notice, at Hilton's sole discretion. Gaming Chip Reward Certificates may only be redeemed by persons of legal gambling age. Certificates will be verified as authentic by the participating gaming locations and must be endorsed by the Certificate holder in the presence of the hotel/casino cashier to be valid. The person redeeming the Certificate must present a valid photo I.D. for verification of identity by the participating gaming location.
- Members residing in countries where redemption of points for HHonors rewards, partner rewards or Reward Exchange is prohibited are not eligible for such rewards.
- Please note that the Rewards Desk is closed at 11:30 PM CST.
HHonors Reward Exchange
Exchanges may only be made in the specific increments, and both the Partner program account and the HHonors account must be in the same name. Once an Exchange is made, it cannot be reversed or undone and expediting fees cannot be refunded. The HHonors Reward Exchange is a benefit of the Hilton HHonors Program, and is subject to all HHonors Program Terms and Conditions. Please allow 60 days for the Exchange to be posted.
Hotel Rewards
- All HHonors Reward Redemption Rules and General Terms and Conditions set forth herein apply.
- There are eight classifications of Hotel Rewards: Opportunity, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, and The Waldorf=Astoria Collection. Participating HHonors hotels and Reward classifications may change at any time without notice at Hilton HHonors Worldwide's sole discretion. Please refer to the Hotel Rewards section or the Hilton HHonors Member Guide for Hotel Reward classifications.
- Hotel rewards are not subject to blackout dates or capacity controls. Hotel reward nights apply to standard rooms only, as defined by each hotel and subject to availability.
- Valid Hotel Reward Certificate or Reward Confirmation must be communicated at time of check-in. This could be by presenting a reward confirmation document or the hotels confirmation of having appropriate reward documentation in the property management system.
- When redeeming an HHonors Hotel Reward, Members may either book their Standard or Point Stretcher hotel reward online or call 1-800-HHONORS from the U.S. or Canada for reservations and advise the reservationist at that time that they will be using an HHonors Reward (and advise which Reward Code they are using as it appears on the Hotel Reward Chart). Outside the U.S. and Canada, Members must call the nearest Hilton Reservations and Customer Care office. If booking a reward reservation online, members will receive a confirmation page with their hotel reward reservation and reward certificate number in one online transaction. If booking a reward reservations via phone, members should request an HHonors Reward Certificate Confirmation in one of the following ways:
- Online for Standard hotel, Point Stretcher or ValuePoint rewards
- Via e-mail to Hilton Reservations and Customer Care. Please be sure to include HHonors account number, PIN, reward you are requesting, along with the appropriate Reward Code
- Via phone or fax
- In writing to the nearest Hilton Reservations and Customer Care office
- All reward reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Some hotels may require a deposit in lieu of a credit card guarantee. Deposits cannot be waived for Reward reservations. Reservations that are cancelled outside of the time frame set by the hotel's individual cancellation policy will be charged one night's room and tax at the hotel's minimum rate for that date.
- A Certificate or Confirmation is valid for one room, at one hotel, standard room accommodations, for one continuous stay as defined herein in item #3 of Accrual of Points and as shown on the Certificate.
- No credit or substitutions will be given for any Certificates or Confirmations that are only partially used.
- HHonors Rewards are not commissionable to travel agents.
- Hotel Reward stays and nights count toward VIP tier qualification.
- Recipients of special Rewards will be required to sign a release of liability and a statement permitting the use of their name and/or photo for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

ValuePoint Food and Beverage Rewards

- Certificate or Confirmation is redeemable for accommodations for one year from date of issue or the “valid-through” date indicated on the face of the Certificate, whichever comes first.

Hilton Grand Vacations Rewards
Discover Florida and Desert Dreams- The motor home price includes 300 pre-purchased miles, starter kit, kitchen kit, and (4) convenience kits. Additional miles may be pre-purchased: 500 for US$135 or 300 for US$81.
- Reservation deposit of US$150 is required at time of booking.
- Security deposit of US$500 is taken at the time of pick-up.
- Cancellations up to 5 days prior to departure will be charged US$50. Cancellations occurring 4 days or less will result in forfeiture of US$150 deposit. Member is responsible for paying all applicable sales tax (6% in Orlando, 7.25% in Las Vegas).
- The Member is responsible for refueling upon return along with any additional charges.
- Reservations are based on availability.
- Renter and drivers must be at least 21 years of age, with a valid driver's license and major credit card. Pick up times are between 1pm-4pm. Guests should anticipate 1-2 hours for vehicle orientation and contract processing.
Event Planner Program - U.S. & Canada
- Only the individual stipulated in the contract is eligible to receive Event Planner bonus points and airline miles.
- Offer is valid for new event bookings only.
- The Event Planner bonus recipient does not have to be a registered guest or attend the meeting. The Event Planner bonus recipient must be a member of Hilton HHonors to receive HHonors bonus points. Individuals can be instantly enrolled in HHonors to meet this eligibility requirement.
- Please allow 6-8 weeks after the event has been paid for, for posting of points and airline miles to your account.
- The Event Planner bonus is available to travel agents/travel sellers booking a qualifying event.
- Airline programs participating in the Hilton HHonors® Event Planner Program are subject to change without notice.
- The Hilton HHonors Event Planner bonus is awarded at the discretion of the hotel and may not be awarded on all pieces of group business.
- Points & Miles® awarded for events held at participating hotels in Canada will be based on local currency converted to U.S. dollars. Local currency will be converted into U.S. dollars on the day the event is paid for using a published rate of exchange in effect at time of conversion. This rate will be determined at Hilton HHonors' sole discretion, based on standard currency conversion methods, but may vary from currency conversion rates used by credit card companies.
- For events booked after September 1, 2007, a maximum of 100,000 HHonors points and 100,000 airline miles (or equivalent) can be earned per event.
- Other restrictions may apply. Hilton HHonors membership, earning of Points & Miles®, and redemption of points are subject to HHonors Terms and Conditions. Event Planner earnings are void where prohibited or restricted by local law.
Event Bonus Programme - Outside the U.S. and Canada
- Only the individual stipulated in the contract is eligible to receive Hilton HHonors Event Bonus hotel points and airline miles on eligible charges associated with the event.
- Eligible charges include all event-related spending (listed in the contract) paid for by the meeting/event planner named in this agreement (meeting room hire, catering, guest rooms, etc with the exception of service charges, taxes and third party services). If guest rooms are NOT included in the Event Bonus agreement, Hilton HHonors members who reserve rooms under their own account are eligible to earn Points & Miles® for qualifying stays in accordance with HHonors Terms and Conditions. A qualifying event may include (but is not limited to) any group or meeting business, events such as wedding receptions, family reunions or conferences contracted through the sales or catering department and sold at published rates with a minimum value of US$1,000*.
- Offer is valid for new meetings bookings only.
- A maximum of 100,000 HHonors points and 100,000 airline miles (or equivalent depending on the airline partner) can be claimed per event. HHonors points and airline miles are not transferable.
- The Event Bonus recipient must be a member of Hilton HHonors to receive HHonors Points & Miles®. Individuals can be instantly enrolled in HHonors to meet this eligibility requirement.
- HHonors points and airline miles awarded for qualifying events will be based on local currency converted to US dollars**. Local currency will be converted to US dollars on the day final payment is received for the event using a published rate of exchange in effect at time of conversion. Point Purchase Program
Agreement made between Hilton HHonors Worldwide ("HHW") and the Hilton HHonors Member ("Member") in connection with the Member's desire to participate in the Hilton HHonors® Point Purchase Program. HHW, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to approve the Member's participation in the Hilton HHonors Point Purchase Program.
- Pursuant to this Agreement and the Order Form for points, the Member desires to purchase Hilton HHonors points for posting to the Member's individual Hilton HHonors account. A new HHonors member may purchase points 30 days after enrollment if their account reflects activity including a qualifying stay or earning HHonors points through an HHonors partner. After 90 days, a member is eligible to purchase points regardless of their account activity. Each Hilton HHonors member may purchase up to 40,000 points in a calendar year, in increments of 1,000 points. Purchase of at least 10,000 HHonors points at one time will be charged at $.01 per point. Purchase of less than 10,000 points in any one transaction will be charged at $.0125 per point. All purchases must be made in U.S. dollars only.
- The purchase and use of these Hilton HHonors points are subject to the rules, regulations, terms and conditions of the Hilton HHonors Program, which are published from time-to-time and which are subject to change without notice. The rules of the Hilton HHonors Program are available at www.hiltonhhonors.com.
- The sale, barter, gift or assignment of Hilton HHonors points, point awards or other benefits, other than by HHW, is expressly prohibited. Hilton HHonors points, including such points purchased under the Point Purchase Program, are non-transferable and may not be pooled with points in another Hilton HHonors account. The points purchased under the Point Purchase Program are non-refundable.
- The points purchased under the Point Purchase Program will be posted to your Hilton HHonors account immediately. Please contact Hilton HHonors customer service if you have questions about your Hilton HHonors account.
- Each Hilton HHonors Member or two (2) Member's with a single mutual account are limited to purchasing no more than forty thousand (40,000) points in any calendar year. Any points beyond this limit will not be posted to any Member's account, regardless whether such Member has remitted payment for such points.
- The Member's acceptance of the terms of this Agreement authorizes Hilton HHonors to charge the credit card that such Member provided under the Point Purchase Program for the amount stated, based on the number of points purchased by such Member. In the event of any point or financial discrepancy, the payment calculations under this Agreement shall be based upon data contained in Hilton HHonors Worldwide's records, and the data in Hilton HHonors Worldwide's records shall take precedence over the data in any other records.
- Any improper usage of Hilton HHonors points pursuant to this Agreement and the Point Purchase Program, or any other misuse of points, shall be grounds for immediate confiscation and forfeit of such points, and may be grounds for the forfeiture of all points in the Member's account and the Member's ejection from the Hilton HHonors Program.
- Accrued points do not constitute the property of the Member, and are not transferable in the event of death, divorce or operation of law.
- Members who do not earn points in any 12 month consecutive month period may be removed from the Program and, if so, are subject to forfeiture of all accumulated points. The account may be reactivated by the member taking one of the following actions: stay at an HHonors hotel, thus reactivating membership; or earn HHonors points through any third party source of HHonors point accumulation. Failure to take action (a) or (b) described above within the prescribed 90-day period will result in the closure of the Member's account and the forfeiture of all accumulated points. Members can redeem HHonors points for any HHonors reward for which they are eligible prior to the account being closed. After the points have been redeemed, the HHonors account will be closed and all remaining points in the account will be forfeited.
- The goods and services provided pursuant to this Agreement are provided "as is" and "as available," and all warranties, either expressed or implied, are hereby disclaimed, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- By signing and/or submitting this Agreement, or the Order Form for points, or by allowing the credit card number provided to be charged for the purchase of points under the Point Purchase Program, the Member acknowledges and signifies his or her agreement with the terms and conditions stated herein and in the Order Form for points.
- Hilton HHonors membership, earning of Points & Miles®, and redemption of points are subject to HHonors Terms and Conditions. Hilton HHonors reserves the right to change the Hilton HHonors Program rules, regulations, terms, travel awards and thresholds, and special offers, at any time, without notice. Hilton HHonors also reserves the right to terminate the Hilton HHonors Program and/or the Point Purchase Program with six (6) months general notice.
Hilton HHonors Point Transfer and Registry Program
Hilton HHonors® points can be transferred to another HHonors member in increments of 10,000 points, at a cost of $.0025 USD per point, or $25.00 USD per 10,000 points. There is no limit to the number of HHonors points a member can transfer or receive. Fees are based on the number of points a member transfers out of their account. After transferring 200,000 points in a calendar year, any subsequent transfers that year are free. The Point Registry program allows you to send up to 50 emails to friends and family for five different events in one calendar year. Note that Hilton HHonors will not store or send any additional emails to the addresses you've supplied. This offer is available worldwide. Credit card used for transfer fees must match the name and address of the HHonors member making the point transfer. All costs calculated in U.S. dollars.
Your Agreement to Use Our Information about You
In order to make the HHonors Program and any other frequency program work, it is necessary that we be able to share with many others the information that you provide about yourself through your application, through your stays in hotels or exchanges with travel partners, through surveys or forms on hilton.com, through sweepstakes or contest entries, through verbal, written or electronic requests for information, and through various other means. For example, such information will be used to help direct you to the programs that you may find useful or otherwise of value, such as particular hotel, airline, car rental, frequent stay, marketing, consumer products or other offers. Much of such information and its use, sharing, publication and distribution is also inherent in modern electronic databases and communications, including the internet and beyond the control of Hilton.
By enrolling you consent to the transfer of your information to our administrative centers in the United States and to other countries where our hotels are situated. Further, if you provide us with sensitive personal data about you, for example health and dietary information, you consent to our processing this information. You also consent that we may share your information with our group companies, owners of participating hotels and selected third parties and they or we may contact you for marketing purposes by mail, fax, telephone or e-mail.
By participating in the HHonors Program, you voluntarily, expressly and knowingly agree to each and all of the following: (a) such information belongs to Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, and is not personal or private proprietary information; (b) such information, wherever collected, may be processed, used, reproduced, modified, adapted, translated, used to create derivative works, shared, published and distributed by Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, in its discretion in any media and manner irrevocably in perpetuity in any location throughout the universe without royalty or payment of any kind, without , however, any obligation by Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, to do so; (c) Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, does not represent, warrant, or guaranty the information or its processing, use, reproduction, modification, adaptation, translation, derivation, sharing, publishing or distribution, including without limitation the accuracy, reliability, security, or any other feature relating thereto or its processing, use, reproduction, modification, adaptation, translation, derivation, sharing, publishing or distribution; (d) Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, will try to provide you a way to review, correct or update data you give us directly, but cannot guaranty that such will be possible or that changes will be reflected throughout all uses of such information; and (e) you represent and warrant that you have the right to give such information to Hilton and that such information is not libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable that would constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS: you must elect not to join the HHonors Program. Because such information must be used, reproduced, modified, adapted, translated, used to create derivative works, shared, published and distributed as a basic part of the HHonors Program, it is not possible to join the HHonors Program and limit, control or edit such use, reproduction, modification, adaptation, translation, derivation, sharing, publishing and distribution. Your continued use in the HHonors Program following the posting of changes to these terms will mean that you accept these changes.
HILTON PROVIDES THE HHonors PROGRAM, THESE AND OTHER MATERIALS, AND OTHER SERVICES AND PRODUCTS "AS-IS" AND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABLITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DESIGN, ACCURACY, CAPABILITY, SUFFICIENCY, SUITABILITY, CAPACITY, COMPLETENESS OR AVAILABILITY. You also agree that Hilton does not represent, warrant or guaranty that the HHonors Program or any such other products and services will be uninterrupted, without omissions or error free, or that defects will be corrected or changes implemented. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL HILTON BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE HHONORS PROGRAM OR ANY SUCH OTHER PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, EVEN IF HILTON OR A HILTON AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, therefore such exclusions may not apply to you. In the event Hilton is held liable for any damages related to such matters, your sole and exclusive remedy will be limited to reimbursement for services or products paid by you to the entity held liable which were not provided by such entity. You hereby waive any and all rights to bring any claim or action related to such matters in any forum beyond two (2) years after the first occurrence of the kind of act, event, condition or omission upon which the claim or action is based.
