Standard Room Rewards

You can redeem your points to enjoy free standard rooms at over 3,800 hotels worldwide with no blackout dates. Standard rooms are available for as few as 7,500 points per night at category 1 hotels and up to 80,000 points per night at select Waldorf Astoria® Hotels & Resorts. The chart below displays the number of points needed for Standard Room Rewards.

Important Note: Each year, Hilton HHonors reviews the redemption categories of its more than 3,800 hotels to ensure each property is in the most appropriate reward category. We wanted to take this opportunity to let you know that select hotels will be changing redemption categories. On April 30, 2012, 447 of the more than 3,800 hotels within Hilton Worldwide's portfolio of brands will be changing their category level with 330 hotels going up one category and 117 hotels going down one category. It is important to note that the points required for each hotel reward category will not change. Here is a full list of hotels. Any Standard Room Rewards or Points & Money Rewards reservations made prior to April 30, 2012, will be honored at the hotel's previously published category. Reservations made or modified after April 30, 2012 will be subject to new hotel reward categories.

NOTE: Nights comprising a Hotel Reward stay must be consecutive at the same hotel. Complete Terms and Conditions are available. Rewards apply to standard accommodations only and exclude suites, villas and special accommodations at selected hotels.

Points & Money Rewards™

With Points & Money Rewards, you can redeem points more quickly than with our Standard Room Rewards. This is because if you don't have enough Hilton HHonors™ points to book a room using Standard Room Rewards, or simply if you prefer to use fewer points, then you can combine points with money to book a standard room. This is a great option if you need just a few hundred more points to achieve a reward stay. Availability of Points & Money Rewards varies by participating hotels and stay dates at time of booking. The number of points required to redeem Points & Money Rewards varies by room, hotel, and booking date.

Premium Room Rewards

For the first time, you can use HHonors points to book premium rooms and suites at our hotels worldwide, with no blackout dates. You can reserve our best rooms and confirm them at the time of booking. As long as a premium room or suite is available at the time of booking, it is yours to book using points. The number of points required to redeem Premium Room Rewards varies by room, hotel, and booking date.

Room Upgrade Rewards

You can use HHonors points to guarantee an upgrade to a premium room or suite at our hotels worldwide with Room Upgrade Rewards. If there is a premium room or suite available when booking an upgrade, you can use your points to guarantee your upgrade to the premium room or suite with no blackout dates. The number of points required to redeem Room Upgrade Rewards varies by room, hotel, and booking date.

How to Redeem Your Points for a Hotel Reward

You can redeem your HHonors points online or via phone for any Standard hotel reward. Simply follow one of the options below.

Online:

1. Click the Reward Stays link on the top of the page at hhonors.com.
2. Begin your hotel reward availability search by location, hotel brand, or date.
3. Sign into your HHonors account.
4. Complete your reservation.
5. Upon completing your Reward Reservation, you will receive a reservation confirmation.


By Phone: 

1. Call 1-800-HHONORS or your local Hilton Reservations and Customer Care office and tell the reservations agent that you will be using HHonors points to book your Reward Reservation.
2. During your call, you should reference the hotel, dates of stay, and desired room type.
3. Upon completing your Reward Reservation, you can access your HHonors Account Online by first clicking "My Account," next signing into your account, and finally viewing the information under Reservations Summary.
