Carnival Cruise rewards are cruise only and do not include airfare, protection insurance or taxes. However, air add-ons and transfers and insurance are available through Carnival. All rewards are per cabin and based on double occupancy.
To redeem points for a Carnival cruise, call the Hilton Reservations and Customer Care office nearest you and request the appropriate Reward Code. You will be sent a reward letter, at which time the appropriate number of points will be deducted from your account. Once you have received the reward letter, you must call Carnival for reservations at 1-800-794-6225 in the U.S. Outside the U.S., call 1-305-599-2200. Off-season is generally May, September, October and November, but call for specific details. At time of reservation, you will be asked to provide your name, the number on your reward letter, age group, dining preference (early or late seating), smoking or non-smoking, telephone number and address, and any medical requirements. Once reservations have been made, please mail the reward letter via secured delivery to: Carnival Cruise Lines, Attn: MSRZ-356S, 3655 N.W. 87th Avenue, Miami, FL 33178 USA.
