What is the promotion?
HHonors members can register to earn either Double Points or Double Miles for all qualifying stays during the Promotion Period.

What is the Promotion Period for the 'Double Your HHonors' promotion?
April 1, 2012 through June 30, 2012 ('Promotion Period')

What does Double Points mean?
"Double Points" means you will receive a bonus equal to the number of Base Points earned during a qualifying stay.

Do I have to change my Double Dip® Earnings Style Option in my HHonors account in order to receive Double Points for this promotion?
No. However, to maximize the number of points you can earn during the promotion, selecting HHonors Points and HHonors Points would be best.

What does Double Miles mean?
"Double Miles" means you will receive a bonus equal to the number of base miles earned during a qualifying stay.

Do I have to change my Double Dip® Earnings Style Option in my HHonors account in order to receive Double Miles for this promotion?
Yes. You must change your profile to either Points and Variable Miles or Points and Fixed Miles in order to earn miles. You must also have a preferred airline selected in your HHonors profile. Double Miles are only available with participating airlines.

Do I have to register for this promotion?
Yes. HHonors members must register for the promotion at www.HHonors.com/Double.

When I register for this promotion, can I use my user name and password to register?
Yes. You can either use your Hilton HHonors™ number or user name when you log in and subsequently either your PIN or password, just like you do when you log on with your account to make a reservation.

I am not an HHonors member; can I participate in this promotion?
Yes. You can join the HHonors program and participate in the promotion by registering at www.HHonors.com/Double and simply follow the steps to join HHonors and register for the promotion simultaneously. After registering, any future stays within the Promotion Period will count towards the promotion bonus. Plus, you will need to log into your HHonors account and under the 'My Profile' tab select 'Earning Points and Miles' to align your Double Dip® Earnings Style Options with your offer choice of either Points/Points or Points/Miles. If you've selected to earn Double Miles, then a preferred airline must be entered in your HHonors profile. Double Miles are only available with participating airlines.

Which Hilton Worldwide brands are participating in the promotion?
All Hilton Worldwide brands are participating in the promotion: Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Embassy Suites, DoubleTree by Hilton, Hilton Grand Vacations, Hilton Garden Inn, Homewood Suites, Home2 Suites and Hampton. However, some hotels have chosen not to participate, you can view the list here.

Are all rates included in this promotion?
No. A list of excluded rates can be found by clicking here.

I registered for the wrong offer in the promotion, can I change it?
No. Unfortunately, due to our system functionality; your selection at the time of registering is final.

What if I already have an existing reservation that falls within the Promotion Period, is it eligible for the promotion?
Yes, as long as the reservation is an eligible rate. Regardless of when a reservation was booked, any dates within the Promotion Period will receive the promotion bonus for registered members.

If I check-in before April 1, 2012 or check-out after June 30, 2012, do I still earn credit for that stay?
Registered HHonors members will only receive their selected bonus for nights completed during the Promotion Period, regardless of a check-in date before the Promotion Period begins or a check-out date after the Promotion Period ends.

Will I receive Double Points or Double Miles for any stays within the Promotion Period that I completed PRIOR to registering for the promotion?
No. Only members registered at the time of check-out will receive either Double Points or Double Miles for stays within the Promotion Period.

If I have two rooms at the same time with my family, do both of those rooms count toward my promotion bonus if I am paying for them both?
Yes. We can credit a maximum of 2 rooms.

Do Reward Stays count towards this promotion?
Members may earn Double Points (not miles) for incidental charges at participating hotels within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio during a Reward Stay, provided such charges are deemed eligible folio charges, this does not apply to incidental charges for stays at Hampton, Home2 Suites or Homewood Suites. What is the maximum number of points I can earn?
Standard HHonors program Terms and Conditions apply. However, there is no maximum number of Bonus Points or Miles that can be earned during the promotion.

Can I register for other promotions if I register for this promotion?
Yes, unless stated otherwise in the Terms and Conditions of the promotions, a member can register for multiple promotions.
