What is the cost of a free night?
A free night will cost from 7,500 points to 80,000 points per night, depending on the reward category of the hotel.

Has the cost of a free night changed?
Yes. Reward categories have been updated along with point redemption rates. Please refer to the chart below.

These changes go into effect January 15, 2010.

Can I still book a hotel reward stay at the old levels?
Yes. You can make reservations at the current levels if booked by January 14, 2010. If you need to make a change to your reservation after January 14, 2010 the new redemption rates will apply.

Did Elite Rewards for Silver, Gold and Diamond Elite members change?
Yes. We updated the point redemption rates and added the benefit of 4-and 5-night Elite rewards.

Can I still earn Points & Miles® with every stay?
Yes. You can continue to earn Points & Miles and enjoy No Blackout Dates at more than 3,300 Hilton Worldwide hotels including Waldorf Astoria Hotels and Resorts, Conrad Hotels and Resorts, Hilton Hotels, Doubletree, Embassy Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Hotels, Homewood Suites, Home2 Suites, and Hilton Grand Vacations. You can also continue to earn bonus points with Hilton HHonors®credit cards and continue to receive the same perks and privileges according to your tier level.

No. Only hotel reward redemption rates are changing.

Has the way I redeem my points for a hotel reward changed?
No. You can still redeem your HHonors points online or via phone for any Standard hotel reward. Simply follow one of the options below.

Online:
Visit hiltonhhonors.com.

Log in and begin your hotel reward availability search by area, Hilton Worldwide hotel brand, date or Reward Code. Our online search options include Flexible Dates, so you can view a hotel's availability for an entire month. Upon completing your Reward Reservation, you will receive both a reservation confirmation number and a reward confirmation ID, which must be presented to the hotel at check-in.

By Phone:
Call 1-800-HHONORS (1-800-446-6677) or your local Hilton Reservations and Customer Care office and tell the reservations agent that you will be using HHonors points to book your Reward Reservation. Provide the agent with the Reward Code listed on the appropriate reward chart.

Upon completing your Reward Reservation, access your HHonors Account Online and click on the "Rewards" tab to redeem your points online to obtain a Standard Hotel or Point Stretcher Reward Certificate number.

Or, contact the nearest Hilton Reservations and Customer Care office by email, phone or fax to redeem your points for the reward. Remember to include the applicable Reward Code and your HHonors account number and PIN when requesting a reward.

You will receive both a reservation confirmation number and reward confirmation ID, which must be presented to the hotel at check-in. For HHonors Vacation Rewards and other rewards, please contact the Hilton Reservations and Customer Care office nearest you.
