Diamond VIP Membership
To Qualify
Hilton HHonors Diamond VIP membership will be awarded to Members with 28 stays*, 60 nights* or 100,000 Base points earned during any calendar year. A "night" is a night that is part of a "stay," as that term is defined herein. Base points earned will count toward Diamond VIP tier qualification. Bonus points earned on Base points do not count toward VIP tier qualification.
*Eligible Rate stays are stays at all rates except wholesale/tour operator packages, contracted airline crew rates, complimentary or barter rooms, stays on NET Group, Series Group or IT Group rates, contracted Entertainment or Encore rates and stays using airline percent-off award certificates. Stays that are booked via third party websites are not Eligible Stays irrespective of rate paid, for the purpose of earning points, miles or stay credit toward VIP tier status. Stays booked via "opaque" channels where the brand is unknown at the time of purchase are not Eligible Stays for the purpose of earning points, miles or stay credit toward VIP tier status, or the receipt of VIP tier benefits such as upgraded accommodations / amenities or access to health clubs. No point or stay credit, airline frequent flyer mileage credit or credit toward tier status will be awarded for "no show" situations when a member has made a reservation guaranteed with a credit card but then does not check in to the hotel--irrespective of whether or not the member's credit card is charged for any portion of the reserved stay per the hotel's "no show" policy.
Point Bonuses

Guaranteed Reservations availability:
Reservations availability is guaranteed to Diamond VIPs when reservations are made before midnight hotel local time, 48 hours prior to intended arrival. Guarantee applies to only one room occupied by the Diamond VIP member and to reservations made with a valid credit card. Please note that this guarantee does not apply to rates - if a rate for which you are normally eligible is not available, your reservation will be subject to the hotel's prevailing rate for the accommodations requested. Please also note that in some instances, the guarantee may be subject to booking conditions such as length of stay requirements. Also note that in the event you do not arrive as scheduled and do not call to cancel and obtain a cancellation number, your credit card will be billed for one night's room and tax. Additionally, the reservations guarantee is not available during specified Extraordinary Demand Dates at certain hotels and is not available for reservations booked online. At Hilton®, Conrad® Hotels & Resorts and Doubletree®, choose from:
- A space-available room upgrade, including breakfast.**
You will be upgraded to an Executive Floor room (where/when available) at time of check-in. If an Executive Floor room is unavailable, you will be upgraded to the next best available room from the room type booked. Upgrades exclude suites, villas and specialty accommodations. At hotels with Executive Floor lounges, if an Executive Floor room upgrade is available, you will also receive access to the lounge. In addition, you will receive complimentary Continental breakfast for you and up to one additional registered hotel guest each day of your stay. - Enjoy complimentary high-speed internet access, each day of your stay.
At hotels that already offer a choice of a standard or higher-speed connection, you will receive access to the higher-speed connection at no cost. If a hotel does not offer high-speed internet connectivity, simply choose another option. - Earn 1,000 Hilton HHonors® bonus points per stay.

** Executive Lounge Access Policy
If you select a space-available room upgrade as your on-property VIP benefit, the following policy will apply effective August 15, 2008, at all Hilton®, Conrad® Hotels & Resorts and Doubletree® hotels:
If you are a Gold VIP, you’ll be given access to the Executive Floor lounge when you receive a room upgrade to the Executive Floor. If an Executive Floor room upgrade is unavailable, you’ll still receive daily complimentary Continental breakfast in lieu of lounge access.
If you are a Diamond VIP, you’ll enjoy access to the Executive Floor lounge, even if you don’t receive a room upgrade to the Executive Floor, including daily complimentary Continental breakfast.
At hotels without Executive Floor lounges, Gold and Diamond VIPs will receive complimentary Continental breakfast for themselves and up to one additional registered hotel guest each day. If breakfast is included in the room rate, you’ll receive an alternate welcome amenity that varies by hotel.
At Embassy Suites Hotels® choose from:

- One category room upgrade (excludes suites and the Napua Tower at Grand Wailea). If a room upgrade is not available, you will receive both of the remaining options.

At the Waldorf=Astoria® hotel in New York City, Diamond VIPs receive two bottles of water per stay, a USA Today® newspaper or local paper delivered to their room each weekday AND may choose one of the following benefits.

- A choice of either a Continental American breakfast at Oscar’s American Brasserie each morning or two complimentary beverages each night of the stay
At Qasr Al Sharq in Saudi Arabia, Diamond VIPs receive two bottles of water per stay, daily complimentary pressing, daily complimentary Internet access, and one complimentary dinner for two per stay.
Conrad Maldives Benefits:
Due to the very special nature of the accommodations at the Conrad Maldives we are unable to offer upgraded accommodations. However, we are delighted to offer Diamond VIPs a choice of either VIP Package 1 or 2, during your stay:
