Your Membership Means Total Privilege

As an HHonors member, you'll enjoy a host of privileges during your stays. HHonors offers many opportunities to tailor the program to your personal interests. Every HHonors member receives the following membership benefits designed to make every stay convenient and comfortable. Membership is free and HHonors points can be redeemed for a variety of rewards including hotel stays and dream vacation packages.

Online or on the phone, Hilton HHonors® makes it quick and easy for you to make the most of your membership.

  Make reservations, access account information and purchase and redeem points any time you want, all online.
• HHonors Automated Helpline
  Have a question about your account? Want to request a reward and have it sent to a new mailing address? Access the Automated Helpline, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

HHonors is always at your service — with our network of Hilton Reservations and Customer Care locations. You can even reach us via fax and e-mail. You'll find a variety of ways to obtain program information, access your HHonors point balance, request rewards or make reservations.

Rewarding Double Dip® Earnings Style options

With Hilton HHonors, you can earn both hotel points and airline miles for the same eligible stay at Hilton Worldwide's 10 distinct brands. Members must select an Earnings Style in their HHonors profile from these three options:

• HHonors Points and Variable Miles
  10 HHonors Base Points (except 5 HHonors Base points at Home2 Suites by Hilton®) plus one airline mile per eligible U.S. dollar spent, except for some airlines which offer different miles per eligible U.S. dollar spent: variable miles by airline;
• HHonors Points and Fixed Miles
  10 HHonors Base Points per eligible U.S. dollar spent plus 500 airline miles per stay, except 100 miles per stay at Hampton®, Home2 Suites by Hilton®, Homewood Suites by Hilton® hotels and some airlines which offer different miles per stay: fixed miles by airline (5 HHonors Base Points at Home2 Suites by Hilton®); or
• HHonors Points and HHonors Points
  10 HHonors Base Points (except 5 HHonors Base Points at Home2 Suites) plus an additional 5 HHonors Bonus Points (2.5 HHonors Bonus Points at Home2 Suites®) per eligible U.S. dollar spent

Dedicated HHonors reservation service

To assure your reservations receive special attention — especially during peak periods — we offer a dedicated HHonors Reservation Service. Call 1-800-HHONORS in the U.S. and Canada for personal assistance. Outside the U.S. and Canada, call Hilton Reservations and Customer Care office nearest you.

Expedited Check-In

If your room preferences and credit card information are on file, simply provide your HHonors account number when making reservations and you'll check-in even quicker when you arrive at the hotel. To provide or update your room preference and credit card information, access your HHonors Account, or contact Hilton Reservations and Customer Care.

Late check-out upon request

If you need extra time in your room, call the front desk. We'll do everything possible to accommodate your request.

Express Check-Out

We know your time is valuable, so you can enjoy express check out at all Hilton Worldwide hotels.

Spouse stays free

Spouse stays free in the member's room on qualifying stays. This benefit excludes stays at Hampton Inn properties. This benefit does not apply at any hotel when the rate includes additional components (e.g., meals, activities, parking, etc.) that are quoted as a per person or per room charge.

HHonors Guest Manager

If you ever have a special request or concern during your stay, the hotel's HHonors Guest Manager is there to assist you.

Ongoing communications

You'll receive an account statement following the months in which you have an HHonors stay. Your statement details your points earned, plus news, special offers targeted to your personal travel needs.

eFolio

Find your final bill online, fast! View your final hotel bills inside the My Travel Planner section inside your HHonors Account. You can easily print or save copies for future reference.

Online Reward Reservations

As a convenient new benefit to HHonors members, you may now search for availability and book your Standard or Point Stretcher® hotel reward reservations online.
